However, I noted the following discrepancies: (1) the operating system had been changed from “Windows 10 Home, 32 bit” to “Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit”. When I started the PC the computer smoothly booted-up to Windows 10. They notified me after six hours that the repairs had been made and I could pick it up. I took this computer to a repair shop to see if they could get it to boot-up to Windows 10. I didn't try the Safe Mode Start-up on this computer after I saw what happened to the other one. This whole thing started out as a HP diagnostic tool not working properly and now one of my PC's has crashed and is useless. To abbreviate this narrative I tried all of these options and they all ran in a circle back to the Automatic Repair program attempting to start Windows 10. Also that same blue screen gave me two options, namely "Shut down" and "Advanced options" I selected the Advanced options button which opened another blue page that displayed threeĪdditional Options namely "Continue", "Troubleshoot", and "Turn off your PC". Popped up displaying this message "Automatic Repair couldn't Repair your PC". The Automatic Repair program started up, but after about five minutes a blue screen The computer started the start-up routine but Windows 10 never started. I disabled my antivirus soft ware (Norton) and then attempted to start one of my PC's in Safe Mode.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application (HP Print and Scan Doctor) and the printer driver several (approx. “Why can’t I get the HP Print and Scan Doctor application to work properly on either one of my Windows 10 Computers? On one occasion I allowed it to attempt to complete the communicating process for 7 hours. The progress indicator rapidly proceeds to 40% (approximately) and then hangs-up. The problem occurs during the communicating process. The application opens, finds the printer, and then begins ‘HP Print and Scan Doctor’ does not work properly on either one of my desktop PCs. Right! Well, my question was answered but my problem still exists. With Windows 10 therefore it must be compatible. Microsoft says that the application is compatible with Windows 10 HP tells me that ‘HP Print and Scan Doctor’ is compatible The question that I posted has been answered.
